This event is only for the WHPA Board of Directors (and invited WHPA Staff):

Per the schedule approved during the January 29, 2019 Board of Directors meeting, the Western HVAC Performance Alliance Inc. (WHPA) Board of Directors convenes for recurring regular meetings on the fourth Thursday of each month from 8:30am - 10:00am Pacific Time for the remainder of 2019 with adjustment made for the December meeting due to holiday scheduling. The November Annual In-Person Business and Membership Meetings (handled under separate event registrations for Nov 18th & 19th) will convene in lieu of a regular online teleconference that month.

The 2019 WHPA Board of Directors' regular meeting calendar follows: 

  • February 28, 2019 from 8:30am - 10:00am PST
  • March 28, 2019 from 8:30am - 10:00am PDT
  • April 25, 2019 from 8:30am - 10:00am PDT
  • May 23, 2019 from 8:30am - 10:00am PDT
  • June 27, 2019 from 8:30am - 10:00am PDT
  • July 25, 2019 from 8:30am - 10:00am PDT
  • August 22, 2019 form 8:30am - 10:00am PDT
  • September 26, 2019 from 8:30am - 10:00am PDT (The registration button is for this meeting. After submitting this meeting's registration, you will have the option to register for additional meetings/events as part of the registration completion process. Along with the registration confirmation(s) notice you will receive associated calendar notice(s) with meeting access information.) 
  • October 24, 2019 from 8:30am - 10:00am PDT
  • December 19, 2019 from 8:30am - 10:00am PST (moved to 3rd Thursday per holiday)

Reference documents will be sent by email for review in advance of each meeting. Meeting access information (NEW) is provided with the meeting registration confirmation and the calendar notice accompanying that confirmation email.

MEETING PROTOCOL:

  1. Come to meetings prepared for discussion.
  2. Adhere to the WHPA Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest policies.
  3. Disclose any potential conflicts of interest at the start of each meeting.
  4. Identify yourself prior to speaking, clarifying the organization on whose behalf you are speaking, or if you are making a personal comment.
  5. Mute yourself when not speaking. (*6 will take you on and off mute.)
